Applications
Product Description
uPVC riser pipes are engineered to provide a superior alternative to traditional galvanized iron pipes. Designed with Nominal Bore Sizes of 1″, 1¼″, 1½″, 2″, 2½″, 3″, and 4″, these pipes offer high strength and durability. Their safe allowable hydrostatic pressure ranges from 12.5 to 30 kg/cm², with a safe delivery head of up to 350 meters. Manufactured for S1 continuous duty and supplied in a standard 3-meter length, these pipes ensure long-lasting performance in deep-well applications.
The smooth inner surface of the uPVC riser pipes significantly reduces friction loss, resulting in improved efficiency during water delivery. Installation is effortless due to the advanced locking system used while coupling the pipes. The precision-designed square threads at both ends provide excellent load-bearing capacity and rigidity, making the entire system more stable.
uPVC riser pipes are used in multiple classes, allowing users to choose the ideal option based on installation depth, head requirements, and load-withstanding capacity. Their anti-corrosive nature and formulation using edible-grade materials make them highly suitable for applications where hygiene is a top priority, such as drinking-water supply systems. These pipes deliver long service life, reliability, and peace of mind for both domestic and industrial users.
