Applications
Product Description
The TEC Series chemical and process pumps are horizontal, end-suction, single-stage pumps designed for reliable and safe performance in demanding industrial environments. Built in accordance with ASME (ANSI) B73.1 standards, these pumps ensure ease of installation, dimensional consistency, and interchangeability. Their semi-open scallop-cut impeller is specially designed to handle low-viscosity fluids with suspended solids, minimizing clogging while also allowing easy cleaning and maintenance.
These pumps offer strong performance capabilities, with flow rates up to 2190 GPM and head up to 700 feet. They operate at speeds of 1750 and 3450 RPM, with power ratings reaching up to 180 HP. The TEC Series can handle liquid temperatures from 14°F to 248°F, and optional cooling jacket models allow operation at temperatures up to 500°F, making them suitable for temperature-sensitive and high-heat processes. The robust shaft and bearing design further ensures durability and consistent performance.
Designed for ease of maintenance, the TEC Series features a back pull-out construction that allows servicing without disturbing piping connections. Its modular design reduces spare parts inventory and downtime, improving overall efficiency. With applications across chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, solvent transfer, and handling corrosive or erosive liquids, the TEC Series delivers high efficiency, operational flexibility, and dependable long-term performance.
